What is the delivery time of my order?

We have a standard delivery time of 1-2 business days. We send all orders to customers with PostNL or DHL. The moment we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking to follow your package.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for orders above €30. For orders below this amount we charge a minimum of €3.99 shipping costs depending on which country you order from. This means you can shop worry-free and have your favorite products delivered straight to your door.

I would like to return my order. What is your return procedure?

When purchasing, you always get a 30-day reflection period. If the ordered product is not to your liking, you can return your order to us for free. You can request this by email via info@velihanbeardcare.com and you will receive the order amount credited back within 5 working days.

What does the loyalty program entail?

At velihanbeardcare we reward returning customers. That's why you get a 15% discount on the entire assortment from your first purchase.

I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?

We always try to deliver as much shipment safely as possible, but sometimes it can go wrong. That is no problem because all you have to do is send us an email to info@velihanbeardcare.com with order number with a photo of the damage and we will immediately send a new shipment to you for free.
