What is the delivery time for my order?

We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for orders over €30. For orders below this amount, we charge a minimum shipping fee of €4.99 depending on the country you order from. This means you can shop worry-free and have your favorite products delivered straight to your door.

I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?
