What is the delivery time of my order?

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days within the Netherlands. We ship all orders via PostNL or DHL. As soon as we ship your order, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for orders over €30. For orders below this amount, we charge a minimum shipping cost of €3.99, depending on the country you're ordering from. This means you can shop worry-free and have your favorite products delivered straight to your door.

I would like to return my order. What is your returns procedure?

I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?

We always try to deliver as many shipments as possible safely, but sometimes things can go wrong. That's no problem at all. All you have to do is send us an email at info@velihanbeardcare.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll immediately send you a new shipment free of charge.
