At Velihan Beardcare, every order is shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We deliver to all EU countries and work with the reliable delivery services PostNL and DPD.
Do you place your order before 9:00 p.m. on a business day? Your parcel or letterbox package will be shipped the same business day (excluding public holidays). Every shipment includes a track & trace code, allowing you to easily follow your package’s status all the way to your front door.
Please note: We only deliver to home addresses on business days. Unfortunately, delivery to collection points or parcel shops is not possible.

On which days will my order be delivered?
Our delivery services deliver on business days from Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on official public holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every shipment (both parcels and letterbox mail) receives a track & trace code. You will automatically receive it by email as soon as the package has been handed over to the delivery service.
Can I have my package delivered to a parcel shop?
No, we only deliver to home addresses to ensure correct and fast delivery.
