How can I track my order?
All shipments are sent with a track & trace code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code and a link to track your order.
What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are not home, the delivery person will leave a card with further instructions. You can then choose to have the package redelivered, pick it up at a collection point, or have a neighbor accept it for you.
It says my order has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
First, check with your neighbors to see if they have received your order. If they have not, please wait another four business days. Our experience shows that your order is often delivered within this period, even if it already says it has been delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service.
What if my order is delayed?
Although we do everything possible to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur. Please contact our customer service if your package is taking longer than expected. We are happy to assist you.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. We need a physical address to ensure your package is delivered safely and correctly.
Are there extra costs for international deliveries?
For some countries, additional charges may apply for shipping outside the Netherlands. These costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.
