How can I track my order?

All shipments are shipped with a track & trace code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code and a link to track your order.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery takes place?

If you're not home, the delivery person will leave a card with further instructions. You can then choose to have the package redelivered, collected at a collection point, or have a neighbor accept it.

It says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. What can I do?

First, check with your neighbors to see if they've received your order. If they haven't received anything, wait another four business days. Our experience shows that your order will still be delivered within this timeframe, even if it's already marked as delivered.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service.

What if my order is delayed?

While we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur. Please contact our customer service if your package is taking longer than expected. We're happy to help.

Do you also deliver to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We need a physical address to ensure your package is delivered safely and correctly.

Are there additional charges for international deliveries?

Some countries may charge additional shipping fees for shipments outside the Netherlands. These fees are clearly displayed during checkout.
