How can I track my order?
All shipments are sent with a track & trace code. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code and a link to track your order.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a card with further instructions. You can then choose to have the package redelivered, collected from a collection point or have it accepted by a neighbour.
It says my order has been delivered, but I haven't received anything yet. What can I do?
First check with your neighbours if they have received your order. If they have not received anything, wait another four working days. Our experience shows that your order will still be delivered within this period, even if it is already stated that it has been delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can change your delivery address by contacting our customer service.
What if my order is delayed?
Although we do everything we can to deliver your order on time, delays can sometimes occur. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you.
Do you also deliver to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We require a physical address to ensure your parcel is delivered safely and correctly.
Are there additional charges for international deliveries?
Some countries may charge additional fees for shipping outside the Netherlands. These fees are clearly stated during the checkout process.
