Order and Delivery

Ordering from Velihan Beardcare is quick and easy. Choose your favorite products, add them to your shopping cart, and check out securely through our checkout. Once your order is complete, we will get to work on it right away in our warehouse in the Netherlands.

If you place your order on a business day before 9:00 p.m., we will ship your package or mailbox parcel the same day via PostNL or DPD (excluding public holidays). Every shipment includes a track & trace code, so you can easily follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

Please note that deliveries take place on business days and that we only deliver to residential addresses (not pickup points or parcel lockers).

Shipping costs within the EU

We deliver to all countries within the European Union. Orders within the EU qualify for free shipping from €30. For orders below this amount, we charge a fee starting at €2.99, depending on the destination country.

Track your order

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package while it is on its way to you. That way, you are always up to date on the status of your delivery.
