What is the delivery time of my order?

Our products are available throughout much of Europe, so you can shop easily wherever you are.

All letters and parcels are shipped with PostNL and include Track & Trace. Depending on your location, you can expect the following delivery times:

🇳🇱 Netherlands: 1-3 business days
🇧🇪 Belgium: 2-4 working days
🇩🇪 Germany: 2-4 business days
🇫🇷 France: 3-5 working days
🇪🇸 Spain: 4-6 working days
🇮🇹 Italy: 4-6 working days
🇦🇹 Austria: 3-5 working days

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over €30. For orders under this amount, we charge a minimum shipping fee of €3.99, depending on the country you're ordering from. This means you can shop worry-free and have your favorite products delivered straight to your door.

All shipments are provided with a track & trace code, so you can easily follow your order from our warehouse to your front door.

I would like to return my order. What is your return procedure?

When purchasing, you always get a 30-day reflection period. If the ordered product is not to your liking, you can return your order to us for free. You can request this by email via info@velihanbeardcare.com and you will receive the order amount credited back within 5 working days.

I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?

We always try to deliver as much shipment safely as possible, but sometimes it can go wrong. That is no problem because all you have to do is send us an email to info@velihanbeardcare.com with order number with a photo of the damage and we will immediately send a new shipment to you for free.
