Refund policy

Have you ordered an item from  Velihan Beardcare, but does it not meet your expectations after all? We are happy to help you find a solution. We offer a 60-day cooling-off period on every item on our  website . So, if you have ordered something that you are not satisfied with within this period, you can return it free of charge. You can request this by sending an email to info@velihanbeardcare.com with the subject ''Return {bestelnummer}'' and the reason.

How many days do I have to change my mind about an order?

Because we provide high-quality products, we assume that you will be satisfied. Of course, it may happen that a product still does not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a 60-day cooling-off period. This gives you enough time to try the product and experience its quality. If you are not satisfied, you can register a return, and we will send you approval along with a return label. We only accept returns in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

At Velihan Beardcare, you have a 60-day cooling-off period and can return or exchange your order free of charge. You may open and try the product to see whether it suits you. However, we ask that you do not use the product for an extended period and then return it—only unused or lightly tested products qualify for a return or exchange.

Refund

As soon as we have received the return, we will get to work for you. Once the return has been approved by our RMA department, we will process the refund. This usually happens within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
