We apply a cooling-off period of 30 days for every article on our website . So if you have ordered something that you are not satisfied with within this period, you can return it free of charge. How many days do I have a reflection period on an order?

Because we provide high quality products, we believe you will be satisfied. Of course, it may happen that it does not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a 30-day cooling-off period. This gives you enough time to try out the product and experience the quality. If you are dissatisfied, you can register a return and we will send you an agreement with a return label. We only accept returns in the original packaging.


As soon as we have received the return, we will get to work for you. If the return is approved by our RMA department, we will issue a refund. This usually happens within 1-4 business days, depending on the payment provider.

I have received a damaged delivery or the courier company has lost my package. What should I do?

We always do our best to send all orders to our customers as safely as possible. If something arrives broken or if beard oil has leaked, we take it very seriously. Let us know and we will contact you to find a solution. We will then send a new product with a little extra as compensation.

If we send a package with PostNL or DHL, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days. However, there may be times when the courier company loses a package or the tracking remains the same for days without change. In that case, please contact us and we will investigate. If the package is actually lost, we will send you a new item free of charge. No shipping costs will then be charged. The extra costs are for us.


The average delivery time for letterboxes and large packages is 1-3 working days. If there is a holiday(s) in between, delivery may also be delayed. You can track this via the tracking information we send by email.

The fourth quarter is the busiest period of the year for almost all companies. This means that courier companies can be very busy and sometimes miss their deadlines to deliver all packages. So please keep in mind that delivery can sometimes take up to 3-5 working days due to the crowds.
