Did you order an item from Velihan Beardcare that didn't meet your expectations? We're happy to help. Every item on our website has a 60-day return policy. So, if you're not satisfied with an item ordered within this period, you can return it free of charge. You can request a return by sending an email to info@velihanbeardcare.com with the subject line "Return {order number}" and the reason for the return.

How many days' reflection period do I have on an order?

Because we deliver high-quality products, we expect you to be satisfied. Of course, it's possible that something doesn't meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy. This gives you plenty of time to try the product and experience its quality. If you're not satisfied, you can submit a return request, and we'll send you an approval with a return label. We only accept returns in the original packaging.

What are the return conditions?

At Velihan Beardcare, you have a 60-day return policy and can return or exchange your order free of charge. You can open the product and try it out to see if it suits you. However, we ask that you don't use the product for extended periods before returning it – only unused or lightly tested products are eligible for return or exchange.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll start processing it for you. If our RMA department approves the return, we'll process your refund. This usually happens within 1-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

I received a damaged delivery or the courier company lost my package. What should I do?

We always do our best to ship all orders to our customers as safely as possible. If something does arrive broken or if beard oil leaks, we take it very seriously. Let us know, and we'll contact you to find a solution. We'll then send you a new product with a little something extra as compensation.

When we ship a package with PostNL or DHL, the average delivery time is 1-3 business days. However, it's possible that the courier loses a package or that the tracking number remains unchanged for days. In that case, please contact us, and we will investigate. If the package is indeed lost, we will send you a new item free of charge. In that case, there are no shipping costs. We will cover the additional costs.

Exceptions

The average delivery time for mailboxes and large parcels is 1-3 business days. If there are holidays in between, delivery may also be delayed. You can track this via the tracking information we send by email.

The fourth quarter is the busiest time of the year for almost all companies. This means courier companies can be very busy and sometimes miss their deadlines to deliver all packages. Therefore, please be aware that delivery times can sometimes take up to 3-5 business days due to the high volume.
