What is the delivery time for my order?
We use a standard delivery time of 1-2 working days. We send all orders to customers with PostNL or DHL. When we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to track your package.
Where can I buy your products?
Our products are available online in the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany). You can do this on our website Velihanbeardcare.com, Bol.com and recently also on Amazon .
What are the delivery costs?
All orders in the Netherlands are delivered free of charge. For orders under €30 in Belgium and Germany we charge €3.99 in shipping costs. All orders over €30 will be delivered free of shipping costs.
I would like to return my order. What is your returns procedure?
When purchasing, you always get a 30-day reflection period. If the ordered product is not to your liking, you can return your order to us free of charge. You can request this by email via info@velihanbeardcare.com and you will be credited with the order amount within 5 working days.
What does the loyalty program entail?
At velihanbeardcare we reward returning customers. That is why you will receive a regular customer discount of 15% on the entire range from your first purchase.
I received a damaged delivery. What should I do?
We always try to deliver as many shipments safely as possible, but sometimes things can go wrong. That is no problem at all because all you have to do is send us an email to info@velihanbeardcare.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will immediately send a new shipment to you for free.
